On the day of your appointment:
To insure your first visit is as valuable as possible,
please bring the following:

A letter from your family physician, ophthalmologist or optometrist

A list of all your medications and eye drops

Any imaging studies such as FA and OCT, or visual field tests

Your distance and near-vision glasses
-
Sunglasses
On arrival, please present yourself to our staff at the reception.
We will do our best to insure that your treatment will be provided in the most professional manner.
Following your examination:
Be aware that dilating drops will blur your vision and your pupils will remain dilated for 2-5 hours.
We recommend bringing a companion driver with you if you plan to drive to the medical center, as you may find it difficult to see sharply following the dilated eye examination.
